The whole experience was FANTASTIC. An electronic key card, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels were available in our junior suite. There was free Wi-Fi throughout the property and the service in general was helpful.

I always stay at the same place in Abano Terme. The staff is helpful and even suggested a good place to eat. The hotel has everything I need - Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour reception, bar, restaurant. I'll be back for Christmas!

Liked our time at the hotel, thank you. The location for Abano Terme was favourable, close to restaurants and the bus line. It also was in the middle of jackson. Food was appetising and good; the staff were affable...

The value for money at Terme Belsoggiorno was exceptional, and our room was incredibly comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village center with its charming cafes and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The thermal pool and steam grotto were mind-blowing, the breakfast was super, and the bikes for use were jaw-dropping. The location is very close to the lively centro storico and easily accessible to friends. The front desk employee was incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. The massage was excellent and professional. The hotel room was top-notch with a working AC and modern bathroom. The spacious spa with pools and garden were simply perfect. The restaurant had some of the best food in Italy. The staff, including the waiter at the restaurant, were always smiling and helpful. The pools were clean, the sauna was great, and the atmosphere was friendly. The name of the hotel absolutely does it justice, with super friendly staff, comfortable and quiet rooms, and delicious food. The wellness area, including the relaxing area with the salt wall, was amazing. Ample parking space and a short car ride away from Venice. Perfect for relaxing after exploring the crowded city. The hotel is also very child-friendly. Can't wait to return!

The hotel had a lovely and elegant decor that made me feel like I was in a luxurious spa retreat. The general areas were well-maintained and had a peaceful ambiance that was perfect for relaxation. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility with ramps and handrails in the common areas, making it easier for me to navigate around.
I would have asked for better assistance from the children working there.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. The Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. The spa facilities were exceptional, providing a range of thermal pools and relaxing areas. We particularly enjoyed the bubble bed and salt wall. The hotel's location in a quaint town, surrounded by hills and close to nearby cities, made it perfect for exploring the area.
The limited hours of operation for the pool facilities, which closed early in the evening. Another issue was the lack of information provided upon check-in, leaving us to discover the services and amenities on our own.
